The Lincolnville Motel is now open for summer 2026 reservations!

Classic Cabins and motel rooms can now be booked for the season starting May 29.

We are hoping to soon have one brand new family cabin with two bedrooms replacing the former "doublewide cabin", but will not be accepting reservations for it until it is actually built.  Please stand by.

Celebrating the simplicity of summer living, the Lincolnville Motel is a getaway destination in a beautiful part of Midcoast Maine. A refreshed 1950s roadside motor inn, the motel currently offers four classic guest cabins and four spacious motel rooms, all with views of the ocean and open fields. Rooms and cabins are minimally appointed, with an emphasis on quality bedding, clean design, and a little bit of fun.
